ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

Each size must be selected separately. Please do NOT leave a list of sizes in the notes. This will delay your order
2. In NOTES Section(Add notes before checking out/paying)
We will need the following information:
(If you want to remove any words or numbers please state that in the notes)
- Mascot
- Name for Sleeve (one name)
- Number (one number)
- Graduation Year
- Your team colors (Two colors only)
3. Only what is in the picture is included We do not send proofs unless purchased with the order. If you would like to add additional numbers, colors, or words see the below links to purchase this:

We will make your order according to your specifications. Because the product is completely personalized, we can NOT accept returns, exchanges, or give a refund, so please check your order for correctness and follow instructions for sizing.

These shirts are unisex and they are not fitted.
They run a little big.
They are not pre-shrunk and will shrink a little after washing.
I am 5'4" 150lbs 36DD and I wear the medium.
